What time is check in?
Guests can check in any time after 12.00 midday.

What time is check out?
We kindly ask you to leave the room by 12.00 midday.

Can we leave our luggage at the hotel?
Certainly.

What are the opening hours of the hotel restaurant?
Ambra restaurant is open from midday till 2.30 for lunch and from 7 pm till 1 am for dinner.

What time is breakfast served?
Our rich buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast lounge from 7 till 10 am.

Does the hotel offer parking facilities?
Yes we do. To reserve your spot in our private car park simply leave us a note when you book online.

Is there an internet connection for guests?
Yes, the entire property is covered by a wireless network and there are internet terminals in the hotel lobby for guests' use.

Do you offer shuttle services to and from the city's airports?
We offer shuttles to and from all of the city's airports as well as to the Fiera Exhibition Centres and other places of interest upon request.

Yes we do, and all public areas of the hotel are also non-smoking.

Where are the nearest commercial centres?
Within 20 minutes on foot guests can reach Corso Buenoa Aires, where you'll find numerous boutiques and shopping outlets.

How do we get from the hotel to the Duomo?
Take the metro line 1 from Turro, just 50 metres from the hotel entrance, and get off at Piazza del Duomo.

How do we get to Fiera MilanoCity and Fiera Milano Rho?
To get to Fiera MilanoCity take the metro from Turro to Amendola Fiera. For Fiera Milano Rho, go a little bit further to the end of the line, stop Rho Fiera.

Does the hotel offer a concierge service?
Yes we do, including the advance booking of tickets to museums, sporting events and La Scala Opera House. Service extends to hotel guests only.
